By Constitution the Board consists of 12 Directors - the office bearers and 6 ordinary members; and 7 Ex officio members appointed by the Council of the Municipalities of Rockdale, Kogarah, Hurstville and Sutherland Shire, State Government, Commonwealth Government and a nominee appointed by the Board of the association who represents community based organisations providing services in the St George and/or Sutherland area.
The Board are elected annually at the Annual General Meeting.

She is currently at St George College as a Multicultural Coordinator and works with migrant communities in the St George area.
