Settlement Grant Program
– help newly arrived migrants and humanitarian entrants in their settlement process (casework, referral, support networks/groups, information session/workshop, employment , family relationship, youth support)
– Needs assessment, community development, capacity building and advocacy.

Multicultural Day Care Program
– centre-based social activities for frail aged CALD (22 different cultural groups)
CALD Community Care Program
– assist CALD frail aged and people with disabilities; and their carers to access home and community care services (bilingual workers provide information, referral and support, carers support groups)
Multicultural Community Aged Packages
– provide comprehensive package of services for CALD frail aged to live at home independently (personal care, shopping, cleaning, transport, meals preparation)
