The Hospital and Community Care Guide for CALD Carers is a practical guide for informal family carers aimed at providing easily accessible, easy to read, practical information on how to navigate the hospital system. Available in PDF or CD format, it is translated into ten languages reflecting the demographics of the local population. It contains information on what to expect whilst in hospital; the role of different health professionals; interpreter services; post-discharge planning; and information about local community care services. The information is presented in simple, straightforward and easy to understand language. Languages available: English, Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Italian, Macedonian, Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Spanish and Hindi.

The Communication Pictorial Tool Kit was developed for use by Community Care service providers as a communication tool when working with care recipients from CALD backgrounds or care recipients who are non verbal. The Kit is designed to prompt and facilitate communication and has been translated into 14 community languages. Languages available: Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Italian, Macedonian, Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Spanish, Filipino/Tagalog, Indonesian, German and Vietnamese.
